미주 지역 RCE 청년 코디네이터 및 RCE 디트로이트–윈저 팀의 기여로 이루어진 최근 발간물은 로렌시아 오대호 지역 전반에 걸친 국경 간 협력을 조명합니다.

이 논문은 과학 소통을 관계적이고 지속적인 과정으로 바라보며, 이를 강화하기 위한 10가지 핵심 ‘실(thread)’을 제시합니다. 또한 다문화적 맥락, 학문 간 경계, 다양한 지식 체계 속에서 협력할 때 직면하는 도전과 기회를 함께 성찰합니다.

New Publication: Weaving Stronger Communication Practices in Great Lakes Science

A recent publication featuring contributions from members of the Americas RCE Youth Coordinators and the RCE Detroit–Windsor team highlights a cross-border collaboration across the Laurentian Great Lakes region.

The paper introduces ten key “threads” for strengthening science communication, framing it as a relational and ongoing process. It reflects on both the challenges and opportunities of working across multicultural contexts, disciplinary boundaries, and diverse knowledge systems.

Importantly, it encourages rethinking science in terms of its relevance, inclusivity, and potential for meaningful impact. The publication offers valuable insights for RCEs and may help stimulate dialogue on knowledge sharing, sustainability, and collective action.
